All peptides and formulations are sourced through FDA-registered 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies, licensed compounding labs, pharmacy-authorized fulfillment facilities, or licensed FDA manufacturers. All raw materials used in our formulations are tested to ensure ≥97% purity and are sourced exclusively through partners operating under strict quality standards.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and third-party testing documentation are available upon request.

All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except:

• Where required by law, or
• In cases of defective or damaged products (see Section 7: Returns & Refunds).

Refunds will not be issued for improper storage, handling, or failure to follow shipping instructions (e.g. temperature-sensitive items).

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this All Sales Are Final policy.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to purchase products from this website. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

All products are intended strictly for professional use and are made available only to licensed healthcare providers or clinical staff under direct medical supervision.

By placing an order, the purchaser affirms that they:

• Are a licensed medical provider, an authorized medical facility, or an entity operating under a provider's medical license.
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their use.
• Will not use the products for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

NXT Era Wellness reserves the right to refuse sales to individuals or entities that do not meet these qualifications.

The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the appropriate handling, storage, administration, and use of purchased products in accordance with their medical licensure and any applicable internal protocols, as well as any consequences resulting from improper handling.

NXT Era Wellness does not oversee or participate in clinical decision-making, dosing, or patient interactions.

NXT Era Wellness shall not be liable for any damages arising from misuse or mishandling of the products.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NXT Era Wellness, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, adverse effects, or legal actions arising from:

• The use or misuse of purchased products.
• Distribution of purchased products.
• Any violations of laws or regulations in connection with product use.

All products are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind or guarantee of specific results, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

NXT Era Wellness disclaims any liability for damages resulting from the use of its products.

While all sales are final, exceptions apply to defective or damaged items:

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Contact us at info@nxterawellness.com to initiate a claim.

Refunds or replacements will be issued at the discretion of NXT Era Wellness following inspection of returned products.

Refunds will not be issued for improper storage, handling, or failure to follow shipping instructions (e.g. temperature-sensitive items).

We ship products using temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that their use of NXT Era Wellness products complies with all federal, state, and local laws. Purchasers found violating laws or regulations may have their accounts suspended or face further actions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final, conclusive and binding on the parties.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to any interpretation, construction, performance or breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by arbitration. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator's decision in any court having jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and will be effective immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise.
